...exercise and meditation are not enough by themselves, as we are not light bulbs.
We need an intention. A desire to receive that light and to share it. We want to have a positive impact on our life and relationships.
How can we work practically on our intention?
For example, breath is directly connected to our emotions and our minds, so by learning how to breathe properly, we can develop a capacity to handle and direct thoughts and emotions
this way we can calm down our nervous system and connect with our heart.
We can learn how to listen to our souls, knowing that our inner voice talks to us through insights more than speeches.
Growing a desire to expand our capacities to connect and listen ourselves is the key.
We can learn to dive inward with meditation, or by moving in spirals to create more energy when we feel dried; we can use our intuition to lead us out of the circle when we feel stuck.
In these simple ways, by creating a shift, we are expanding our vessels.
So think and move with intention, because each movement and thought has an impact that is sometimes visible, while other times it acts on a quantum level.
